Get involved! Greater Choice for at Home Palliative Care in Glamorgan-Spring Bay
The Glamorgan-Spring Bay (GSB) Greater Choice Consultative Group’s first meeting was in April 2019 and has met once since. A Greater Choice Community Coordinator has been appointed. Together they will work with communities to:
- strengthen community connections
- improve knowledge of palliative care and end of life care
- promote available services
- support conversations around palliative care, death and dying.
